FINDING TIME, WRITING INTO TIME
Launched over and over again, this space collects. Specifically, this space collects Kristen Orser-Crouse’s creative and wacky work to keep dreaming. With ridiculous fervor and hermetic episodes, Orser-Crouse navigates the slippery terrain she built for herself: a writer and mother whose nomadic tendencies are starting to slip away now that she circled back to Buffalo, back to the beginning.
Seven years teaching how writing can be a place for thinking, how writing can make sense of nonsense, how writing activities—especailly revision—can develop empathy, and how we can make time for writing give her plenty to advocate while she looks for new work, new friends, and new bursts of time to keep writing.
